Just wondering if i have 2 part numbers the same except for the first part would they be the same parts just for different models

Like

4H7-82320-61-00 and

4G0-82320-61-00

so i`m thinking 4H7 and 4G0 are model numbers and the rest is the actual part number.

I think i just confused myself

they can be different, I:E for a later model of the same bike. or modified part, for ecample the Rd bikes had the same numbers for the exhausts 1A0 14720-00 for the RD250 C/D 1A1 14720-00 for the 400 C/D each exhaust differed in the method of attaching to the down pipes, then 2R8 14720-00 RD250 E/F 2R9 14720-00 for the E model bikes they had larger bore downpipes and different fixings to the earlier bikes as well as the difference in joints for the downpipes
