I've heard several great things about these bikes, but the few I'm looking at have mag rims. I prefer spokes. So I think the '78 was the 1st year for mag wheels .....pretty sure that wheels from say a '76 or '77 would be a straight bolt on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
