There's about five of these going at any given time. Saw another recently with over 7,000 sigs.

It's a nice idea, but VED is based on engine size to factor in emissions, so remember the door swings both ways... In considering this petition, the Guv'mint might just start introducing emissions testing for bikes and since we don't have catalytic converters and other such heavy gubbins bolted on to our steeds, we'd look VERY bad if that all came to light. Suddenly biking would be much more expensive!!
