andy350lc Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 evening all . i have an odd ball engine . it has a 1a2 number on the crankcase with 4lo barrells , carbs etc . i have the original 4lo crankcases in the shed & want to put the engine back to how it should be with matching numbers . the crank in the 4lo emgine is shot ( seized bearings etc ) . does anyone know if i can use the guts of the 1a2 engine( gearbox , crank , & everything else ) inside the 4lo crankcases ?????? look forward to any help & advice offered .....................cheers andy .
