More info needed.

If they are loose or the rubbers have perished then yes.

Not rider pegs, but you can on pillion pegs.

My TDR 250 has metal pegs on front , none on rear , passes evrytime no problem , but i reckon if they are designed to have rubbers they must have em

My left side one is worn and scuffed not to the degree of showing metal, I'd upload a picture but not sure how ?

Question time then... My bike has bare metal pegs both rider and pillion, so my question would be how that works??

I'm aware that if the rubbers are perished on rubber mounted pegs its an mot failure didn't know about the rest though.

I have metal pegs on my bike, and she passes every time.

I think it's a case of if they had rubbers then they need to be in good condition if not then it's not a problem, my Suzi had all metal pegs and that passed.
