I am on mandatory training for a hour and a half. Afterwards I will know;

Don't run towards a fire

Don't stick my hand in a sharps container

I need to wash my hands after I have been to the loo

A box doesn't need to be big to be heavy

Don't over reach

And

I am a valued member of the team.

To be fair, after working in hospitals for a couple of years, a large number of nursing staff seem to have problems with 3 and 4

Doctors only seem to struggle with point(!) 2...

Yeah always nice to know that after how ever many years you need to be told that fire burns and sharp thing hurt, perhaps you could suggest that they wrap you in bubble wrap at the factory entrance when you arrive at work! :rofl:

Me:

- Writing a long, wordy report on the current and future data management methodologies of the trunk sewer survey team.
- Arranging site visits to go down said trunk sewers and see what I already know from reading the survey reports.
- Posting my usual random junk on YOC.

My afternoon looks to be infinitely more exciting, as it involves playing in traffic, housework and arguments with the Mrs...!!
