tizer Posted June 1, 2014 Share Posted June 1, 2014 hey am new to this forum carry on still trying to figure out how it works, i love bike espically 2 strokes, from northern ireland and ive had few small bikes have a DT125R at the min, she not on the road yet bought her not running for project there 32000 on clock pulled the head off her till find what was left of the piston and no rings at all tho lucky enough bottom end was tight, got the cylinder barrel bored and new piston and rings hadda get cylinder top skimmed as well some poor man boiled her brains out, so got that all sorted and built up and bike was running ok ish, she wouldnt run with out choke on even when warm so pulled the carb apart and gave it a good clean and she running sweet. waiting on new chain and sprokets and air filter and then it off to the MOT centre. so thats the crack at the min with me.
