Posted April 2, 201411 yr Hi I have a 1988 Route 66 xv250 and is leaking fuel some where around the carb and I put the bike in gear and mysterious fluid comes out the near the air filter and it does not have original air filter and the previous owner rebuilt the carb so Am I looking for something that may have been hooked up wrong ...
April 3, 201411 yr Mysterious fluid? I assume you mean petrol. You may find your float is sticking allowing petrol to flow through
April 3, 201411 yr Did you consulte with the boy's from the Yard's SIU on that jimmy,after all It's a" Mysterious fluid" might need to be run through the lab for identification..
