Raymond Merry Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Hi I have been trying to download some pictures, but having problems, I have checked other threads on the subject and tried various methods without success, I will go through the method I am using and perhaps someone can put me right. first I go into my thread, write a few words, and then go into my photobucket, pick the photo I want to add to my text,press get link codes, press IMG, press copy, bring up Y O C press image icon, insert URL press paste, press ok, and nothing?

Raymond Merry Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 sorry jimmy, tried that, as someone said it on one of the threads, have just had another go but no luck, everything goes fine, until I press ok, the URL goes into the image box, no problem, but when I press the ok button, nothing happens, it just sits there.and does not show the picture.

Moderator drewpy Posted February 26, 2014 Moderator Posted February 26, 2014 you have to enter it like text into the box as though you are writing it. like this {img}photobucket etcetc{/img} the IMG tags are wrong other wise the server will try to show a picture.
feliks Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I just copy and paste the BBCODE link - Photobucket and Flickr both have this option. Just copy and paste right into the reply box, no need to add anything else.
