February 17, 200619 yr Admin Well i cant talk here was my little rs, always wanted an escort cossie but still cant afford one!!! cant believe they are worth the same now as they were 15 years ago!
February 17, 200619 yr Sure are but so are RS Turbos on good nick. That one in your photo looks sweet as a nut. I bought my Cossie for £7k, owned it for 5 years and part ex'd it against the R6 for just about the same value. Classics, absolute classics.

February 19, 200619 yr Mozz, Germany's a goldmine for cheap Escort Cossies. Cheap flight out, drive back very very quickly and register it with the DVLA. I'll try and find some sites that have them advertised, you go to German classes.
February 19, 200619 yr Admin Yeah would love a fast car... but bike would be more than preferable.... i paid £6k for my RS in 98, still miss it, it is still the most fun car ive owned...
February 20, 200619 yr Moderator Fast Cars are the Sh*t! Especially ones like this...... Super Rare '69 Yenko Camaro....with a 427 big block that pumps out 450HP.... These motors had enough torque to make a 3,000+lb. car pull 2nd gear wheelies! Amazing what these cars bid @ on Ebay! ...... High$$$ Collector Machine
February 20, 200619 yr Moderator Now this is my all-time favorite Muscle Machine ...... '69 Camaro Z28 with an RS package (Hideaway Headlights, etc.)...... High Performance 5.0ltr short-stroke Small block V8.....with Dual Quads, 2x4 Cross-Ram Alum. intake manifold.....all to be able to pump out 500HP @ nearly 10,000rpm ...... This is the car that won the Trans Am racing series in '68 & '69.......before Ford had their turn with the Boss 302 Mustang Nothin' quite like the exhaust note of a V8 of this caliber, on the boil!
February 20, 200619 yr Admin My dads friend used to have a very similar Camero, not sure what it was now, he sold it and brought one of my favorites... a Corvette sting ray But my real taste in cars... would have to be a willys coupe!
February 20, 200619 yr Moderator Vette Sting Rays are my other favorite Especially like the '67 model..... 427ci.....7.2ltr (I think) BigBlock....with Tri-Power induction (3x2barrel carbs).....435HP right outta the box! You could buy this car brand new in '67 for less than $7k! Regarding the Willys......always have liked those as well......My Grandpa had a '30's vintage coupe.... & my Brother is restoring a '55 Willys 4x4 pick-up.
February 20, 200619 yr Now this is my all-time favorite Muscle Machine ...... When I win the lottery I'm buying that. Fantastic!
