Posted February 11, 201411 yr Hello Guys I can feel a knocking through my left side foot pedal when my bike is moving. I've got a feeling it might be my drive chain as it has a seized link, I've got new chain and sprocket....just waiting for some decent weather to fit. If it is not the drive chain, does anyone have an idea what else it might be? Any help would be much appreciated.

February 11, 201411 yr Author it's done just over 12500 miles. I did give the chain a good lube and the knocking disappeared for a while.

February 11, 201411 yr Easier to change the chain and sprocket than ruin bearings or do some serious damage. Get it done or you could rue delaying it.
February 26, 201411 yr Author New chain and sprocket fitted, no more knocking, smoother gear change and looks good too. Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated.
