What could car drivers do better to make the roads safer for motorcyclists? Where do you get riding tips from, other riders, forums, government advertising? List 5 words which would describe how you think car drivers see you? How would you like them to see you? What’s the best part about riding? What’s the best part of the riding community? If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? If you're in Australia, is there anything specific you'd like to add about road safety here? Pay less attention to there gadgets and crap in the car and more attention to the road, changing the radio station is less important than avoiding a side on shunt from a bike or another car. Loud, stupid, annoying, cool, shouldn't be on the road How would you like them to see you? Just another person getting to work or having fun on there hard earn cash What’s the best part about riding? Freedom of the ride What’s the best part of the riding community? Banter and that everyone has the same interest If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? Someone with the same right to be there What’s the best part about riding? The feeling of being at one with the bike/road/surroundings What’s the best part of the riding community? Willingness to help out each other If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? Where do you get riding tips from, other riders, forums, government advertising? Learning from other bikers with more experience is useful. Learning from your own mistakes can be painful. List 5 words which would describe how you think car drivers see you? Invisible, Ignorant, Stupid, Speeding, Target How would you like them to see you? Another road user with every right to be there What’s the best part about riding? Freedom (at least when the sun is shining ) What’s the best part of the riding community? Mutual respect between riders If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? Be alert and take your time. I'm right there, another human being who has a life and a family just like you. Where do you get riding tips from, other riders, forums, government advertising? Mostly from what I have learned through experience and have been told by others, there's no better learning than the pain of getting it wrong. List 5 words which would describe how you think car drivers see you? Target, Idiot, Madman, Nuisance, Arrogant prick who does not have to stop in traffic. How would you like them to see you? As another human being who is having fun and enjoying their own choice in life What’s the best part about riding? Not being in the car, out in the open where the world really is, that feeling of freedom that only comes with getting it just right on your favourite bit of road, so many things really, you have to do it to feel it. What’s the best part of the riding community? Having a laugh and helping out younger riders who are brave enough to ask those daft questions, it's great to see more youngsters getting into riding and wanting to learn how to do it right. If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? Just take that extra couple of seconds to double check at roundabouts and junctions. Where do you get riding tips from, other riders, forums, government advertising? More experienced riders, wherever I meet them, on forums or in person. List 5 words which would describe how you think car drivers see you? Idiotic, suicidal, maniac, speed freak How would you like them to see you? As just another road user who has as much right to be there as they do What’s the best part about riding? Just me, the bike and the open road What’s the best part of the riding community? You're never alone when you ride a bike If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be?
