Posted October 4, 201311 yr Hi All. Another newbie! SWEET! Anyway, I'm here because i took the plunge and bought my first bike. I'm at stage four of my third midlife crisis and just have a couple more hurdles, then skydiving to go. I don't guess this is the correct place to front a bunch of amateur questions, so I will wander off to a more appropriate section and start annoying those more knowledgeable than me. Its wonderful to meet you all.

Watched all the bikes cruising around this summer and decided it looked like fun! been a car driver since 1997 and only ever had a moped for a couple of months in 96. I got a beaten up xvs 125, We still have the car for school runs etc. Hoping to learn some about the mechanics and enjoy cleaning it up as a side project before next spring. which is when i hope to do my cbt.
