busyeddie Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 You will get a section 59 which is a ticket taht covers a wide range of offences, basically it stays liked with teh rider AND the bike for 12 months, if you or the bike gets caught within that time, the bike gets confiscated. You have to inform a new owner of a section 59 if you have been caught in the alst 12 months. But this is very hard to police on unregistered bikes, but easier on road legal greenlaners.
