Fitting Heated Grips on YBR 125

I just bought some Chinese heated grips and I need some help to fit them.

First, how could I remove the old grips?

Second, where it would be ideal to connect the power wire?

Hi bud.

removing old grips is a stanley knife jobby unless they are loose enough for you to peel them off,

as for where to put them, you could wire in a relay with a split feed from something that is only on with the ignition, maybe the headlight or something.
