Georgech97 Posted July 24, 2013 Share Posted July 24, 2013 im from Suffolk in the united kindom done a full nut and bolt restorating everything but the the engine it has uprated crank, 80cc bore kit, 28mm carb with race reed valve and air filter, I was wondering if anybody could help me with a few questions ( im not a mechanically minded person ) Because of the carb the fuel is pre mixed with two stroke The oil pump requires a blanking plate, but the thats where the retract is for the throttle? Il turn the fuel on and the carb will overflow and start leaking petrol, ive checked and the floats arnt getting stuck, ( may that have something to do with the throttle?) And the gear shift is very stiff regardless of doing it with your foot or using the lever on the engine with your hand is there anyway to loosen it?
