razor0853 Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 Hi all I have a TZR125 and have changed the (right hand) crank seal but it still uses the gearbox oil. So far I have tried genuine seals and pattern (mounted the right way round) - also put a new spacer with 'O' ring on the outer edge. All to date still has not stopped engine using the oil from the gearbox aswell - recently got another engine (complete) as I want one to tune up slightly - that does exactly the same. Any ideas from anyone - getting annoyed with it now !!! Have split the cases and made sure the seal between them is good also !!! - and checked the vent is clear so its not pressure building with the box etc Cheers Ray Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
