My mate has asked me to take part in a triathlon** at the end of August and I'm giving it serious consideration * resting has included storing about 1st of fat around my gut ** not a full one 1/2mile swim 3 mile run, and 10 mile cycle Need to make my mind up pdq so I can get started with training Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
