Ive put the power valve on the 170 barrel and when i tighten the outer casing and tighten it the valve wont move atall untill i untighten the 2 bolts any ideas?

would it be better with the valve out completely?

should i send it back and get a new one? it has a 60 day guarantee

Could it be something you've done wrong or set up wrong...rather than a manutacturing fault?

could be ive never set one up before on these bikes ive followed the instructions that came with it and i took my old one apart but ill do it again tomorrow double check

yeah i think ive put it inside the barrel wrong the servo tells it to do a cleaning cycle when i switch my ignition on so im guessing i flip it and go from there

power valves working perfect and is set up correctly just need to wait for my bearings and put her all back together
