So I've got a last-minute reprieve from duties, so can get bit of a ride out in this great weather on my new bike :)

I need some suggestions of where to head for - I'm based in Woking, Surrey, so anywhere an hour or two out with either a nice route and/or a nice destination would be great!

Planned destinations are great but sometimes the best way is just go with the flow. From you iI would head south west and see what I could find towards the new forest area

Can't really go wrong with heading towards Chobham / Ottershaw then making your way around the likes of Longcross and Lyne, heading towards Virginia Water and Windsor (being sure to swing through Wentworth. Technically open to members and residents, but I enjoyed waking them all up in my old Mini...!) Also quite a good spot to stop off for a few snaps of your new pride and joy. But other than that, don't rely too heavily on planning a route, just enjoy!

Got to be Hastings for bank holiday Monday. The Battle of Hastings run.
