Hi, I've just bought a 1981 ty175 that has pitted forks. Does anyone know how much they will cost to rechrome and/or where to take them?

I've tried finding new inners but have had no luck.

This place hard chromed my DT 175 twinshock legs, they also organised the courier to pick up and return the legs,

I cannot remember how much it cost but the work looks first class, give them a call,

Post a 'Hello' in the new members bit you might find somebody who has a better line on other chrome specialists

For the forks, I used Rockrome Engineering Ltd, Liverpool.

120 quid for the pair as I remember.
