I hope I don´t offend anybody with the title. That´s not my intention.

I am a young guy in my mid forties. I am from a small town in Denmark.

I like to screw around my bike - hehe, no that came out wrong. I like to

work with bikes and cars, or everything with an engine. I am a real DIY man.

I have bought an old Yamaha FZR 1000 from 1988 with some bruises, so

I am going to give her a makeover. Maybe a wider rear rim, if I can get it to fit,

and yes I know a different rim can change the riding character, but if the riding

turns out so bad, then I can always change it back to standard.

That was a little introduction of me, and I will post some photos of my bike

when I figure out how to do it.

Drive fun, but safely

Morten

Hi Morten, almost the name of my local footy team, Morton, anyway welcome to the forum mate.

:welcome: my bike gave me some bruises tearing her apart this last weekend. :)
