Hello all, just thought I would say hi.

I've just purchased a Yamaha RD 250 1977. The registration (numberplate) has been lost by the previous owner as It's been off the road for 10+ years. I would like to get it back on the road, the engine and frame numbers match.

Whats the best way to get the V5/reg information ?

I cant really help with your Q but would suggest starting with a hpi check or similar, or contacting dvla or yamaha to see if you can find out a little more about the bike,

hi can some one tell me if the white rd came with red speed block or black. wont 2 restore 2 origlnal as pos. have gone down the dvla route. starting with a v62 . will let u all know how i get on.

I have had one but I can't remember TBH.

Red block I reckon, black was on the blue, Yellow and Silver ones. Our Merv is the expert though

any one got a front foot peg bar 4 a 1977 rd 250 cant find one.
