hi,does anyone know if i can get the wheels of an 81 dt mx respoked in any bike shop or do i have to find the ones to fit it myself?i went to the bike shop here in town and he couldnt do it but he cant realy do anething, useless place!!haha

I have tried them in the past, when i rang for the TDR wheels they wanted the wheels for 4-6 weeks and it was a 12 week lead time cos they were busy. pah.

Reccomended, basic build is around 60quid a wheel, plus postage etc etc i got my TDR wheels done with powdercoating and stainless spokes for 230 all in, was very happy. Merv has used him too.

I respoked my last set of wheels using you tube, but bottled the tightening.

i got mine made in stainless steel at manchester xtreme, in fact just over a year ago spokes and re-build for both wheels cost me £120
