Well I spent a week readind the site before I Introduced My Self...sorry!

Names David Stipek, Retired from America (Seattle, WA.) Live in Chiang Mai, Thailand with my wife of many years. Got lucky... Retired in good health and now can enjoy it.

Spent 35 years as a Team Driver for a Major Outboard Motor Company and Field Rep. for their Dealers. Had my own MC Manufacturing/Custom Shop in USA. Totally moved it to Thailand, so I could still Tinker, while the Employees worked.

Have intregated new components into older Bikes here and done some herendious Changes (Modifications) for the Highway Police on their new cruisers as they were not fast enough for the New Import Big Bikes comming in. I have a couple of Neighbors who are field Officers and ride new Honda Fury VTI's Wonder what its like to have one of these loud Bad Boys pull up beside you in traffic or while stopped. We installed Stealth like lighting and Strobe lighting ....hard to ignore them... Can't outrun um either. Both Bikes are all Black w/anodized framming and Spoke Wheels on Fatboys. Honda should have done this... The only Chrome is Engines and Wheels and front fork Abs and Calipers are also Black. Kinda eminds me for some reason... California!... maybe its the White/Black and Gold Helmets.

Well see ya around the site

Cheers (This Buds on You...)

David

  • 9 months later...

Thanks for the welcome!

Sorry it took so long to get back here..

I am starting a new project using a Yamaha Mate 111D as a base for newest Chopper

I know they made this model in an Electric start version but can't find... So... I am looking for one that has (or 2) been trashed, discarded..whatever. As long as the wiring and engine are 98% intact... I can use!

I am in Nong Hoy, SE Chiang Mai City, Thailand. As long as you have something to sign of on that will work (need to show where components came from when I go License it after I use what I can in New Frame. I like the way it has a Fan built into the left side of casing to pull air across head! Needed here as in a chopper when you stretch out your legs beside engine in a stretched and lowered configuration gets kinda hot on the legs with shorts on!

Email me with what youve got : [email protected] and we'll talk. Hopefully your close to me already!
