Denver 'ilusmtm' Cook
Hi folks, Well here i am at 40 with my first bike, a yammy ybr 125. Never really thought about biking until my son, who turned 16 last year asked me to do the cbt with him for support. Here i am now with my full test booked in for the second week in april. My 125 has been great fun to learn on, but 8 months on, hitting 9k revs at 75mph is getting a touch annoying lol. Anyway, all things well i should be part exchanging next moth for something bigger. Attempting my first oil change tomorrow, i let the garage do the first one. Does anyone know how much oil i will need please? I know its 10w/40 just not sure of the amount, Kindest regards, Denver
mike1949
Hi Denver and to the forum, My only advice to you is to invest in a Haynes manual. It will tell you everything you need to know regarding maintenance, oil levels, basic DIY jobs etc. It will guide you through an oil change step by step, usually with photo's Where are you from?
