Moderator DirtyDT Posted February 4, 2012 Moderator Share Posted February 4, 2012 It depends on the make of the tacho. You may need an adapter to make it read right. Often the number of coils makes a difference because if it only counts one signal from one coil, and you have 2 coils, it will only read half the revs.
Moderator drewpy Posted February 4, 2012 Moderator Share Posted February 4, 2012 get an aftermarket one, they have the instructions. I'm assuming one pulse is 1 rev, whether its a multi or single on the same crank?
