hello,

i have a 1986 srx600 and the voltage regulator needs replacing, the number on is 1JK 81960 A1, sh565, does any body know if this can be replaced by the 47x 81960 A, sh569a. this i was told was an improvement on mine, but need to know for sure.

    47X is the RD500 part number that reg rec was used on lots oif bikes around that time including the TDR and others this unit from Electrex is supposed to better /more reliable
