im sure that that at some point we have all fitted a jubilee clip/clamp at some time,so,there i was,fitting a jubilee clamp on a radiator hose,10mins later,still trying to get the screw to pick up on the thread to no avail & then realised that it was left hand thread???? why??? i know that left hand thread is common on a crankshaft end etc etc so that a nut/bolt doesnt undo itself but on a jubilee clamp ffs.i have fitted probably hundreds of the things over the years but have never come accross on with left hand thread before,anyone else come accross one? maybe its a one off & worth thousands & i should stick it on ebay - unless i get an offer i cant refuse for it lol. ( no offers of 2 chickens & goat etc lol ) - afterthought - maybe i should have used a left hand screwdriver?
