Hi all, my son has a TZR50 when he turns on the fuel tap he get fuel coming out of the overflow on the carb? he has cleaned the carb barrel and cleared the jets but still leaks, he also made sure the float wasnt sticking, also should the overflow have any sort of pipe coming off the end of it? he could really do with a manual but cant find one anywhere , thanks in advance

it sounds to me like dirt in the float needle seat , you may need to remove carb , remove float bowl remove float, and then blow air from a foot pump/ air line into the needle seat to clear the debris, or if the needle seat has been removed make sure the copper washer underneath it was replaced and is sealing ok
