Posted July 2, 201113 yr hi, just replaced my head gasket and theres no pressure in the rad only a bit after about 5 mins riding
July 2, 201113 yr Moderator Isn't that good? The system should have no pressure when cold, hence you can safely take the rad cap off. When the water gets hot the pressure builds up and the rad hoses should feel harder. All controlled by the thermostat.
