Posted June 24, 201113 yr Hi everyone my re-chosen name describes me well.I am on other forums but choose to read more than talk.I have been riding bikes since 1969 with various breaks due to family,money,jobs,the usual stuff. I have come back this time because I broke my back in 04. I needed something to do so I chose to rebuild a bike my mz et125 (it was given to me). The I got the chance of my xj 550. I rode for a bit but it was not yet my bike somehow.So the strip down started. I have even striped the old paint off. It is almost finished just deciding what exhaust to use (I'v got two types)one standard and the other chrome and loud. And of course tune four carbs. I've made the blancking tool.I will of course show you the bike in its various stages on imageshack I hope. Thats all for now folks hope to talk to you but please bear in mind I type with one finger and a thumb. lurkalot.
