Over at the aircooled Rd club we have a dating officer that can issue DVLA approved dating certificates and assist you getting an age related plate,
Dating certificates you may need to sign up for the forum for this but you now have to join the club due tax laws and is is cheaper than the VJMC i think

for other countries he maybe able to confirm the age of your bike for you
