up.yours Posted March 17, 2011 Share Posted March 17, 2011 i have been riding around on my new favorit toy for the past three days , mistakenly thinking that the small oil leak that was appearing as an occasional drip , was just a worn crank seal ,and an occasional top up of oil would be less cost effective than a overhaul. but to my horror i discovered the offending drip to be comming from the oil pump to carb feeder pipe, it's a twat to see and get at on the passola,when you have large hands and short sight. so be warned all you who own these fantastic little scooters, always stand to the rearmost of your ride before trips, and inhale , raw fuel is bad, spent two stroke , your good to go.
