February 15, 201114 yr Author Welcome Wayne, yes cherish the DTR, I have one also 2003 one with kickstart. ...Paul Hi Paul the electric start is a god-send when you're worn out, exhausted, from a full days off roading. But I will be looking at adding a kickstart as a back up. As I have just sank my pride and joy in a river crossing in the peak district at the week end. When my mate sends me the pic i'll upload it to my profile. I think I said damn or something along those lines? just before my head went under.

February 15, 201114 yr Author haha would love to see the pic. where in the Peak District? are you / were you? I live in Derby, I was riding Buxton way, Hartington, Three Shires, and towards the Mac Forest. I went under at a place called Clough Brook.I am new to this, so I just follow my mates. A bit out of my depth to be honest, but great fun all the same.
