July 5, 201014 yr Moderator My old black and decker i have had for 16 years is getting a bit sick now, it only gets used for wire brushing now, but it has outlasted a Draper one bought too replace it by the firm i work for, the spindle broke on that, I bought a non such 800w replacement from Maplins recently for about £15 in a sale and i have a big bugger bought for £18 a few years ago in a french hypermarket, that came with a spare set of brushes Merv
