I'd repaint it in Olive Green/Olive Drab, whack some panniers on the back, add a couple of small fuel cans and likely a rifle carrier.

Perhaps add in a radio system, a screen, some fancy gizmos and so on...

It's a very open question for a very blank canvas!!
