Yup i think that is the theory of the radial heads, very expensive to buy now made by a firm called DG in the state

I'd venture to guess a '75......1st year for a disc brake on the RD, plus the caliper was mounted BEHIND the fork leg in '76.

found a bit more;

its a 350 and a '75. just make out twinline on tank so i googled it.
