When I cook a souffle I can't get it to stay up. What am I doing wrong?

You need BWJ's ceiling decorator to whip the ingredients up to a nice frothy mix..........:hyper:

The eternal question spit/swallow?

Personally i swallow my toothpaste suds as i find it helps my throat. :D

I gave Delia a call, she was pissed and incoherent, well it is after 3:30pm, so I phoned Nigella instead, I forgot my question and the Tourettes kicked in, "cracking tits" didnt go down well and she hung up :mellow:

I think the answer is - dont open the oven door for a look, the temp falls rapidly and result is shrivelling :blink:

I was going to post something sarky about Nigella..... but since discovering she has a degree in medieval languages, she just became a whole lot sexier in my eyes!!!

something tells me that souffle is just a pet name for summat ;):o

I thought I kept seeing a great DT riding away from my house before I got home. It all makes sense now :unsure:
