July 22, 200915 yr Is there anyway to test my CDI for faults? (have a 3HE FZR600) Also, how can i check that my exup system is working properly. Thanks. If your bike is running ok the CDI is working,otherwise substitute for a known working unit. Your bike doesn`t have an EXUP valve on it.
July 23, 200915 yr Author Your bike doesn`t have an EXUP valve on it. You sure? I havent had time to investigate yet but bike symptoms sound identical to those mentioned in the following thread. EXUP Revs ok when static, struggles when under load. Also hard to start.
