Ttaskmaster Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Soon to enter production is the Suzuki G Strider. This is the sort of bike kids like me grew up wishing actually existed.... and now it's HERE!!!! An answer to Honda's DN-01, the G-Striker is one of those half-Cruiser, half-Scooter jobs (the latter only because it's automatic) with ultra futuristic styling and fancy gizmos. Don't hold much hope for decent luggage, though Here's some links: Clicky Clicky Clicky What do you think?
Moderator DirtyDT Posted July 8, 2009 Moderator Posted July 8, 2009 Not my cup of tea but I can understand. I like the first link. She can love me long time, Johnny.

barkwindjammer Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Like the first post too, do you get one of 'those' with the bike? I'll just take one of 'those' then, you can keep the bike, so how much with the bike taken off Johnny? Yep must admit it looks 'cybertastic', riding position looks pants tho'

barkwindjammer Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Anybody want to guess how long it takes to become the Suzuki G String. that reminds me, the 'Gladius' is a fairly good looking bike, the name however makes me think of camp muscle bound sandals, toga, breast plate, olive oiled wrestlers with square heads? a wee bit burlesque, whats wrong with 'insurgent' or 'Xplodar',anyhoo, what do I know, mines is a Divvy, translated means Divvet-gash-snatch-camels hoof etc

Gas up - Let's Go! Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Thats a definite niche bike is that. I once had a sit on the DN01, didn't like it to sit on, didn't care for the style (but it wouldn't do to like the same thing) and to be honest I've never seen one on the road (and last time I spoke to the dealer they hadn't sold the one in the shop). The trouble with styling like this is that is goes out of fashion, I don't think for a minute that bothers you, so why not ?? Go for it. Are you getting a Power Ranger suit to go with it
