This is my first post on this site because I just acquired what I believe are 2 mid 70's DT dirt bikes. One is a 250 and the other is a 400. I'm 99% sure of that but I'm hoping someone on this forum can verify it for me.

Here's the serial numbers:

250 Frame and Engine: 450-223630

450 Frame: 501-006513

450 Engine: 501-006518

I hope someone can help.

450 is DT250 and the 501 is the DT400J I think.
