Can anybody help, i have just purchased a 1989 yb100 and want to know if its ok to put unleaded in. The last bike i had was a fs1e which was a long time ago and ran on leaded. Or do i need to put LRP in.

Thanks

Simon.

unleaded is fine the problem with unleaded comes from the valve seats wearing in 4 strokes, 2 strokes do not have valves so no problem, in fact most japanese engines since the mid seventies have been capable of running on unleaded
