You could bore it out to a 650. Cheaper than a new engine.

well that looks to me like a broken liner (correct me if i am wrong) so boring it out would not be an option, fitting a new liner maybe would, is the piston damaged?? on the other hand get a block ??

Not up to speed on these ultra modern engines, but dont they have plated or coated bores? if so it could be a bit of plating that has gone awry, i suggest you find out if this is so and then take it from there.
