Engine Replacement - Procedure

Greetings Forum,

I would like to know if there is a procedure available to remove an existing engine and replace it with a salvaged engine for a 1983 Seca 750. I have owned this bike for close to twenty years and would like to take this project on in the garage for the winter.

Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.

well take plenty of pictures (I am assuming you have a digi camera ) as you take it out, work methodically keeping parts in some kind of order, (dont try my system of throw things in and scratch head later) then refitting is a reversal of removal,
