bralkan Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Alright, I have an XS750 that appears to have a short? Whenever I turn the key to on or standby I get 0 power across the terminals. paultsmith Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 you can try taking the ignition key apart. On mine, when I popped off the bottom cover of the assembly it was badly corroded and good contact wasnt being made when the key would turn. I eliminated this for testing and connected all 3 wires leading from the main key switch together, you may want to try this and see if that fixes the problem. btw my bike was an xs400 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
