Use a bike cable, and gear lever, so you can manually open and close it, otherwise you lose bottom end power
can you give more details mate?
you mean you had it in one position for low down power and then another for top end ?
i.e. one for round town the other for top speed?

the dtr has a powervalve
the lc has a powervalve......... just not connected up in this country.

hello, i have an old 87 dt. the prob i have is that there is an air pocket in the fuel line from the tank to the carb?
if i remove the fuel line from the carb the air pocket gets pushed out and feul flows how it should? as soon as line is put back on carb the air pocket returns?
any help please as i'm stumped?????
