as far as im conserned you can go do ure self as i sead i did it buy acident when i was out side sainsburys and then when i was trying to do it i was on private land near my house so next time you should consider reading more carfuly as it does state i was on a random pice of tarmac nearmy house in my first post .......
As far as I'm concerned, you can get some maturity instead of fucking your bike over and acting like a chav. It would help if you got some English lessons too mate as your spelling and grammar is awful.

I find that pulling the clutch in and out a couple of times allows it to go into first in that kind of situation.
That works on mine too.

Am I missing something here?
On my 2009 YBR, my headlight is fine? I had fine visibility on dark country roads the other day.

Would of thought you could spell 'tuning' correctly if you worked for a bike tuning company.
Just my 2p...

My first ride out, only got my bike on Friday. Went down with a friend and met up with others. Riding into the Britannia car park and hearing all those bikes was astonishing!
Will try to make the next one.

With regards to the Alsager and Stoke postcode thing ... I do believe that Alsager used to have a Cheshire postcode (probably CW as it is close to Crewe). This was up to the point that a local lord from that area realised that his mail reached him quicker if it came through the Stoke postal channels than the Crewe postal channels and demanded that Alsager get a SOT postcode instead of Crewe ... and, so, that is one of the urban myths behind that, although I have heard it is true and not mythical. I choose to view it as a myth, and then i cannot be accused of being 'green'
Ahh right, that is a good reason for it.
You from near Alsager then or South Cheshire in general?
-
Technically Alsager IS still classed as Stoke on Trent is it not?? there's no getting away from us that easy...
There are plenty of meets to be honest in and around Stoke / Congleton...sometimes they are even in 'The Sentinel' and as far as "looking a tool" ...everyone has to start somewhere mate...dunna worry thee sen!
K2...thats where I puchased my lovely ride from...
Yeah but some people don't see it as Stoke, even if we do have a Stoke postcode
If I have no problems with K2, I'll probably use those for my next bike in 12/18 months once I've passed my test. Can't wait to get rid of L plates, and I don't even have the bike yet!

Well, strictly speaking I don't live in Stoke, I live in Alsager - South Cheshire area. I'm looking for some meets and good places to go, even though I probably will look like a tool on my 125
I got a brilliant deal from K2, near Stoke station. The bike was £1900, with insurance, CBT, road tax, helmet, 12mths breakdown cover included, so it was too good of a deal to not take

Just a quick post to say hi, I'm 17 in March and have just ordered a YBR 125 and CBT for my first bike I'm also looking to do my proper bike licence so I get on a bigger bike. Any riders from Stoke on Trent in the UK here?

Who did you use to insure both bikes? Were they on one policy? I'm thinking of insuring two bikes too, keeping my 125 for the winter .
