My other half rides her own bike, also an XVS650 Custom.

She rides in high heels sometimes.

Big her up if you want, girl power and all that.

I think she's stupid.

But it's her choice.

For anyone else who rides in less than full kit, but "only on short trips, never on the motorway" or whatever other bollocks you care to try and justify it with....

Friend of mine was an advanced riding instructor. He had a false leg.

He used to show it off as an example to his students.

He crashed at just FIFTEEN miles an hour... and lost that leg.

Doesn't matter how fast/slow you're going.

Wear what you like - It's your choice.

NO amount of thinking you're cool will save you if some other twat in a cage decides not to look.......

Must be a in thing with instructors mine lost his leg in a lo speed accident he was the admin for another forum till he died in a bike accident this year.

My wife turned up to do her CBT today and was told as the instructor had run out of certificates it would be illegal for her to do her training is this right? Last time she went to do it instead of a 125 commuter bike she was give a 50cc trials bike which had seen better days and the tax had expired in may.

I use a Caberg justissimo gt, flip front built in shades and the right price and of course fits nicely.

Well as the title says i am a new boy here first time i have had a Yamaha. I have been messing about with bikes since i was 16 at the age of 49 decided to get a full license have had that since Feb this year.

Brought my self a gt 750 Kawasaki to start with but parked it under a car in may now have a fzs 600 fazer in black a very sweet little bike.
