hi there u might need to get some brackets made ,,,,, they r 100mm centers r1 brakes so might fit straight on if your forks take them,,,,, hope this is some help......

cheers for that saved me doing it,,,, still got a few bit to do ,, spray side fairings , get a proper r1 under tray as i dont like wot i made , it failed mot the other day rear tyre and head bearings and i left the peg on the hanger so its only got 1 so he had to fail it for that as well, engine aint much cop but got a thundercat engine so that might go in, fits the 400 so would think it will fit the 600, o and needs a really good clean,,,,,,,

hi there i used to have a yzf very nice bikes mine had a dyno jet and a end can and would keep with a r1 ,,,,, your prob of bogging down could b the carbs have them set up and balanced should help,,, i would go for a r1 single seat unit then u wouldnt have to make a pillion seat fit ,,, i have put 1 on my fzr600 was quite easy then u could fit a r1 under tray i made mine,, u might have to cut some of the sub frame away to get it to fit but shouldnt b that hard,,,, if u send us your e mail i can send u some pics of yzf750s that have full r1 body work and i no of a site that goes through how to fit the seat unit to a fzr so would b more or less the same for the yzf,,,, hope some of this helps. mick

mine is like that as well im going to change the cable as mine is fully ajusted if this work i let u no.but mine dont slip just a bitch to get in to neutral ,, u could try stiffer springs and a extra still plate in there i read this in a mag once .

i got a fzr 600 89 project going on,,,, its got fzr600r 95 complete front end,,, single headlight fairing,,, thundercat tank,,, r1 single seat unit ,,, home made under tray ,,,, full micron system,,, i have done a 17in rear wheel but gone back to the 18in for now,,, sprayed in ford green,,,, engine is not the best so that might b coming out and replace with a thundercat engine so if any1 have any info on doing this that would b very helpful,, dont no how to put pics on but if u want to see just send us your e mail and il send a pic,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, also might do a r6 or r1 fairing

hi there a gs500 wheel fits straight in, same width and same size spindle, will just need more spacers and need a bracket for the rear brake , i did mine but then took it out as i couldnt find any dif size rear sprockets they quite small on the gs,,,, the way i found out was look on m and p look at wheel bearings to see which bike takes a 14mm spindle and just worked it out from there,,,,,, think a gsxr600 wheel takes a 14mm spindle, u will need to find out the distance between the sprocket and disc think on the fzr it was 7 in so for wot i worked out if it was more than this it wont work the gs was about 6 i think thats why u need the bracket for the brake , might play again in the summer to do mine, hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,, mick would show u a pic of wot i done but dont no how to put pics on.

hi again , i think it was made for world superbikes not that it done well ,, but it was really good in the british championship it won the championship 3 years running think 94 95 96 ,,,,,,, not sure if u can get motorcyclenews.com in the states ,but the yzf went up against a 94 blade a 96 zx7r and a gsxr1000 new the yzr dusted the other 2 and was only 1.3 seconds slower round cadwell park track ,,,,,, not bad for a old warrior,,,,,,,

bigger jets in the carbs and dif needles i think ,,, mine was already fitted when i bought it , the yzf 750 rocks will give any bike today a run with the right rider on it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if i knew how to put pics on here i would show u the 1 i had, if u check out wolf race cans web site its on there its the only 1 on there ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

hi there they should just make the leaver cloeser the the bars so u aint got to reach so far to grab them,,,, nice bike mate i used to have 1 really quick for there age mine had a wolf can and stage 1 dyno and it would keep with a r1,,,,, would like another 1 ,,,, hope this helps

really would no but try putting it in gear and rock back and forward while pulling the clutch in and try running the engine this is wot i would try might work ,,,,,, hope u get it sorted

hi every 1 this is my first time on here ok my question ive just bought a micron system off flea bay i want to no if its race or road system been on micron site no joy, any way the standard system is a 4 into 1 30mm headers and a 50mm exit the micron is a 4 into 2 into 1 35mm headers 35mm exit but the outside dia of the link pipe is 65mm, there is a pipe inside the link pipe welded in making it 35mm so this is smaller than a std, can any 1 shed some light on this, i would put a pic on of the exhaust but not sure how
